Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you sign up for) and Digital Poonam ("we") for using Insights by Oyyzo. By creating an account or workspace you accept them, and we record which version you accepted and when.

The service

Insights shows reports for the Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Meta ad accounts, YouTube channels and Google Analytics properties you connect, and can make ad changes you ask for. Numbers come from Meta and Google. They may differ slightly from those companies' own apps, arrive with a delay (YouTube usually 2 to 3 days), or change when Meta or Google revise them.

Your account and workspace

• A workspace is one business or brand. The person who creates it is its owner and is responsible for who they invite and what roles they give.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
• Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and follow Meta's and Google's terms for those accounts.
• You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms for your business.

Ad changes

Members with the right role can pause or resume ads, change daily budgets within the limits set in Settings, and create boosts. Each change needs the workspace's Action PIN. Boosts are created paused; you switch them on in Meta Ads Manager. You are responsible for your ad spend and for checking changes. Meta bills you directly for ads. We are not liable for spend or results from changes made through the app.

Free trial, plans and payment

• Your first workspace gets a 14-day free trial. We do not ask for payment details for the trial and never charge automatically when it ends: the workspace simply locks until you choose a plan.
• Paid plans renew monthly or yearly through Razorpay Subscriptions (card or UPI AutoPay) until cancelled. Prices are in INR; GST at 18% is added and shown before you pay. Razorpay notifies you before each charge as RBI rules require.
• You can cancel any time in Plan & billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If a renewal payment fails and Razorpay can't collect it, the workspace locks until the payment is sorted.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break security or reach other workspaces, no reselling access without our written agreement, no automated scraping, and no overloading the service.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect accounts or delete the workspace at any time.

Availability

We work to keep Insights running, but it depends on Meta, Google and our hosting provider, so we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit or ad spend), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Insights and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms or isn't paid for, after notice where reasonable.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Raipur have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly.
